At Roots & Wings we bake our biscuits using simple, traditional recipes and the finest ingredients including British Butter, Organic Wheat and rich Stem Ginger from China. Our craft bakers make the biscuits in small batches and bake them slowly to ensure that they are deliciously crisp. Once cooled the ginger biscuits are coated in a layer of organic, dark chocolate created from Organic Cocoa.
Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by our master baker, whose name on the pack means that you’ll enjoy eating them as much as they enjoyed making them.
