At Roots & Wings Organic we believe in creating great tasting products by using pure ingredients lovingly crafted.

We finely slice the peel of tangy Seville Oranges, sun ripened in family run orchards which is then gently stirred in traditional open copper pans to create a deep and tangy marmalade. Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by master jam maker.
